- Ensure ATS/AMF (Automatic Transfer Switch) system operates properly for seamless power transfer during outages.
2. Mechanical & Plumbing Systems:
- Maintain HVAC systems (Central and Split AC) across all floors.
- Monitor water pump systems (transfer and booster pumps) to ensure water availability.
- Ensure fire protection systems (Hydrant Pump & Fire Alarm) are operational and compliant with Fire Department standards.
3. Preventive Maintenance:
